At matrivo.dk you can only order goods via our website, we do not have any physical stores ourselves.
If you have inquiries about items or colors that are not on the page, please feel free to contact us.
All prices are incl. VAT and other charges.
When you shop with MATRIVO.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
When you pay at MATRIVO.dk, you can pay with: - Visa/Dankort - Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB - Mobilepay - ViaBill and SparXpres. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When purchasing with ViaBill and SparXpres, you will receive your goods and then you must pay in accordance with the agreement entered into.
If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill and Sparxpres ends.
ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

Freight.

Matrivo offers free shipping on purchases over DKK 499 on all our products throughout Denmark. However, not to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. For purchases under DKK 499.00, DKK 49.00 is paid for GLS Pakkeshop.
You can also choose to have it delivered directly to your address. Then the price is DKK 59.00.
ATTENTION Many of our glass products are handmade. This means there can be a delivery time - up to 5 days.
If we have the products in stock and are ready, the delivery time to the shipping company will be 2-3 working days.
During holidays and when we send out newsletters, etc. slightly extra delivery times are expected.
The delivery time is the number of working days from when we receive your order to delivery for shipment, e.g. to GLS.
If you do not collect your package, it is returned to us and you regret it, you must pay for a new shipment to have your package sent again.
If the package is not picked up and returned to us, we will credit your payment, but we will deduct the cost to GLS to send the package back.
Right of withdrawal As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@matrivo.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. Cancellation of part of the purchase. If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back.The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs. If you send an item back, it must always be sent in the original packaging in which you received the item.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount.

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Access to complaints.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at support@matrivo.dk. We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number. and email address. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement.
If you choose to review our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the review page. We have our webshop and payment system through DanDomain A/S, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in DanDomain's data centers. The personal information is registered with Matrivo Denmark ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

is Matrivo Denmark ApS. You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.

Personal data policy at Matrivo.

We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant for your activity at Matrivo. When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions. We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected. 
If you want to buy and receive a product from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 2 years after you have received your item.
